From Fall River, New Bedford, Massachusetts:

From the canal, take Route 25 / Interstate 495 North to Interstate 195 West. Take Interstate 195 West toward Providence, Rhode Island. Take Route 114A Exit 1, Seekonk / Barrington, the last exit before the Rhode Island state line. On the exit ramp, bear right at Route 114A North to Seekonk. Go north on Route 114A North, and at 0.6 mile, you will come to a traffic light at Luther's Corners. Stay on Route 114A through that light, and proceed 0.5 mile, to where Route 114A forms the left arm of a ‘Y' and Arcade Avenue forms the right, straight arm of the ‘Y'. Go straight, onto Arcade Avenue, and immediately turn left into the Grist Mill parking lot. Our office is in the white building, between the Grist Mill Tavern on the left, and the New England Martial Arts Dojo on the right. Please come in via the blue front door.
